IGN Day 2025: A Time to Connect, Reflect, and Celebrate
IGN Day is the one day each year when our entire network comes together in one room. It is a chance to step away from screens, connect face-to-face, and celebrate the people, progress, and shared purpose that make Insurance Growth Network what it is.
This year’s IGN Day was held at the Evario Event Center at the Holiday Inn Edmonton South, bringing together more than 100 colleagues from across the network. From the moment the day began, there was a strong sense of energy, alignment, and appreciation for how far we’ve come together.
Looking Back, Looking Ahead
The formal portion of the day featured updates and reflections from network leadership. Our COO shared insights on performance, highlighting both the challenges the network has navigated and the resilience shown across teams. It was a candid look at what it takes to grow responsibly while maintaining high standards and strong culture.
Our CEO followed with a message focused on where IGN has been and where we’re going. The emphasis was clear: growth matters, but alignment, values, and people matter more. The path forward is about building something sustainable, collaborative, and meaningful for everyone in the network.
Recognizing Achievement
A key highlight of IGN Day is recognizing the people who make the work possible. This year’s awards ceremony celebrated outstanding achievements across the network, acknowledged branch superstars, and recognized new shareholders. These moments matter. They reflect the trust, accountability, and shared ownership that define IGN’s model.
Connection Beyond the Agenda
After the formal sessions wrapped up, the day shifted into celebration. Reindeer games brought out friendly competition and plenty of laughter, followed by dinner and dancing that kept the energy going well into the evening.
For many in the network, these moments are just as important as the presentations. They create space for new relationships, deeper collaboration, and genuine connection among people who are united by shared values and a commitment to building something better together.

IGN Day is a reminder that while we work across different branches and communities, we are part of one network. Coming together once a year strengthens that bond, reinforces our shared direction, and reminds us that growth is something we do together.
